As a Nutritional Therapist (Dip AONT) (Dip ONT) in Nottingham and the East Midlands, I offer one-to-one consultations that provide a working and detailed plan for improving health and wellbeing, by making small but significant changes to diet and lifestyle. I am a Functional Medicine practitioner, CNHC registered and a full member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy, (BANT), which provide the essential guidelines, framework and codes of practice that mean you can be assured of a professional and evidence based service at all times.
l regularly feature on local radio and TV, offering local people health advice (see BBC Radio Nottingham Features page) and I teach (PGCE qualified) at local colleges, demonstrating and helping others to understand the principles of health optimisation through nutrition.Typically, I provide one-to-one consultations as well as give advice to cancer rehabilitation groups, gyms and boot camps and local businesses, charities and networks.
